Our mentorship program exists to offer hope, direction, and practical solutions for these students.
How We Make a Difference
Our Mentorship Program connects young minds with experienced professionals who equip them with the confidence, skills, and opportunities they need to reach their full potential. We achieve this through:
Anonymous Q&A Sessions in Schools – Our program, supported by AMG Realtors staff, visits schools where students write down their concerns and questions anonymously, allowing them to express themselves freely. Our mentors then provide honest, thoughtful answers that address both academic and personal challenges.
Partnership with Africa Youth Leadership Forum (AYLF) – We collaborate with AYLF to develop leadership, personal growth, and problem-solving skills, ensuring students are equipped to navigate life’s challenges.
Guidance on Social Issues – We don’t just focus on careers; we also help young people tackle real-life struggles such as early pregnancies, absent or alcoholic parents, and lack of resources, giving them hope and practical solutions.
Role Models and Career Guidance – Connecting students with accomplished professionals who inspire, guide, and provide career insights.
Leadership & Life Skills Training – Helping mentees build resilience, confidence, and the skills to overcome obstacles.
