Rosemary Watiri is a first year student at Dedan Kimathi University undertaking Bachelor of Science in Procurement. Rosemary says,’ As a young child in primary and secondary school, the local library was my refuge as most of my school life I was sent home due to lack of school fees. I used to visit the everyday and go to school to do exams as she couldn’t attend classes’. She was able to do her Kenya Certificate Secondary Education, passed and joined university for her degree.
